    After renting for yea, we decided to finally buy our own home and settled on Hariom Apartment. Being teache, the 2-minute proximity to Oxford Public School was a major deciding factor for us and our children. We also liked that Orchid Medical Centre is nearby, although we haven't had to use it. We opted for a 3 BHK so there is enough room for everyone. The flat is ready to move in, which was important as we didn't want to wait for construction. The location in Lalpur is accessible. The roads can get a little noisy sometimes due to traffic coming from the highways, but inside the apartment, it's usually quiet. It feels good to finally own a place here.

    We just moved into Hariom Apartment in Lalpur. This is our fit flat purchase and it feels good to be in our own home. The location is quite convenient, being a short distance from both National Highway 23 and National Highway 33. It makes commuting much easier for my husband’s work. We got a 3 BHK which is spacious enough for us right now, though we are still figuring out furniture placement. The area seems to be developing well and we are hopeful about the future. One small thing is that the roads around Tetartoli can get a bit busy during peak hou, but it is manageable. Overall, it's a good start for us here.
