The 3 BHK configuration we looked at is 1246 square feet, which is a decent size for us and our two children. Having the Kalighat Metro just a 2-a short distance away is incredibly convenient for our commutes to school. We also liked the idea of a gated community with 24x7 security. The builder, Vasudeva Builde, promises completion by March 2026. The price point, around 1.18 Cr, fits within our savings and a home loan. We're a bit concerned about potential dust and noise from ongoing construction nearby, but that's common in this area.

The size is good, around 1250 sq.ft., which gives us space to grow. The proximity to Kalighat Metro is a huge advantage for our daily commutes. Vasudeva Buildeis providing good amenities like a children's play area and 24x7 security, which is important for us. The building is expected to be ready by March 2026. We did find the price a little on the higher side compared to some other projects we looked at in slightly farther locations, but the Kalighat address is very desirable. The color aluminium sliding windows and french windows are a nice aesthetic.

The location in Kalighat is superb, very close to the metro stations, which is great for us. We also appreciated the details like the special roof tiles to keep the top floor cooler and the direct lift access to the roof terrace. Vasudeva Buildeseems to have thought about practical aspects. We're paying around 1.2 Crore for our unit. The only drawback I foresee is the traffic on Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Road during peak hou, but that's unavoidable in a prime Kolkata location. The project is under construction and expected by March 2026.

This will make getting around the city very easy. The project by Vasudeva Buildeoffe3 BHK apartments with super built-up areas ranging from 1246 to 1266 sq.ft. The price is around 1.2 Crore, which is reasonable given the area and connectivity. I was impressed by the amenities like the children's play area and the community hall. The building being 2 feet above road level is a good practical touch. I'm hoping the construction quality is as good as it looks.

Proximity to Jatin Das Park Metro station is a major plus for connectivity. I did notice that the parking situation might be a bit tight once the building is fully occupied, especially if residents have multiple vehicles. The OC status is not yet available, which is typical for under-construction projects, but something to keep in mind. The OrientBell tiles mentioned are a nice touch.
