    We were looking to upgrade from our rented flat and decided on Aster Alpinus. The location in Kalighat is excellent, very close to St. Lawrence High School and Jatin Das Park Metro. We selected a 3 BHK configuration which provides enough room for us and our guests. The construction quality seems good, and the project was ready to move in January 2022. The children's play area is a good space for visiting nieces and nephews. One thing we found is that the dust levels can be quite high on the balconies, especially when the wind blows from certain directions. It requires frequent cleaning. Despite this, the overall amenities like the lift and 24x7 water supply are reliable. Aster & TVPL Group has done a decent job.
