We chose Vasu Sri Residency because it's so close to SMP International School, literally nearby. This is a huge relief for us with two kids. The area is about 1163 Sq.ft for the 2 BHK, which is decent for our family. We liked the idea of a gated community and the availability of a community hall for gatherings. The price was around 58 Lakhs, which we felt was fair given the location and amenities. Water conservation and rain water harvesting are also good features. The only minor issue is that the road leading to the project can be a bit dusty sometimes, but it's manageable. It's ready to move in, which was a big plus.

It's close to the highway which makes our commute manageable, although traffic can get bad during peak houThe price point was within our budget, around 57 Lakhs. The gated community aspect and closed car parking are definite pluses for us. We liked the community hall as well. Construction seems solid enough. Overall, it meets our needs for a fit home.

My parents are living in Hyderabad and I wanted to get them a comfortable flat. Vasu Sri Residency seemed like a good option because it is ready to move in. The location near Appa Junction is convenient for them as Zoi Hospitals is nearby and SMP International School is also right there. This was important for me. The apartment sizes are about 1214 Sq.ft, which should be plenty of room. The price range of 56.99 Lakh to 59.49 Lakh is reasonable for the area. I'm hoping the maintenance charges are not too high. The developer, Vasu Sri Infra Projects, seems to have completed the project by December 2019.
