    We were looking for a place close to St Francis School, and Vastu Sushila Garden is literally right next to it, which is amazing. My kids will have a very short commute. The 3 BHK we are considering has a super builtup area starting from 1770 Sq.ft, which seems quite spacious for our family. The developer, Vastu Construction And Develope, mentioned they are including a children's play area and a gymnasium, which is great for the kids and for us. The construction is ongoing and expected by July 2027. The only slight worry is Argora can get busy, so I hope the traffic isn't too bad getting in and out, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times. We saw a flower garden and terrace garden planned, which sounds lovely for relaxing.
