We checked out MP Tirkey Heights because it's relatively close to our offices. The location behind St. Michael School in Argora Housing Colony is decent. MP Construction Ranchi is building it. We are considering a 3 BHK. The completion is expected by November 2026, so we have time to plan. The biggest challenge right now is the traffic near ISM Chowk, especially during peak hou, which could make the commute difficult. Also, since it's under construction, there's a lot of dust around the site. Other than that, the proximity to NH-75 is good for weekend getaways. We hope they have good parking space, as that’s often an issue in Ranchi. Waiting for more details on apartment sizes and amenities.
