The carpet area is about 683 square feet, which is a comfortable size. The price was around 1.09 crore. My parents will appreciate the gymnasium and the flower garden. The location in Kharadi is good, and it's close to Burari School, which might be useful for future grandkids. The project is ready to move in, making it easy for my parents to settle quickly. The proximity to Burari School (2km) was a key factor for us as parents. The price is around 1.10 crore. Vascon EngineeLtd. Has included a good children's play area and a swimming pool, which the kids are very excited about. The internet and Wi-Fi facilities are also useful. My only concern is the traffic getting out of Kharadi during peak hou, which can be quite heavy. Otherwise, it’s a good family home.

While the project offesmart suite technology, I did notice a fair bit of dust on site, which is common for ready-to-move projects in developing areas. Still, the indoor facilities are a big plus.
