We finally decided on Unique Youtopia Phase I for our fit home. The 2 BHK flats are around 1000 to 1060 square feet built up, which felt spacious enough for us. The price range starting from 85.28 Lakh was manageable with our home loan. I liked the idea of a swimming pool and gymnasium available within the complex. It’s supposed to be ready to move, which is great. The location in Kharadi, Thite Nagar is also quite convenient with schools and hospitals nearby. We visited the site last weekend and the construction looked solid. My only worry is that the completion date is December 2025, which feels a little far off, but I guess that's normal for new projects.
