The super builtup area for the 2 BHKs ranges from 960 to 1109 sq.ft, which seemed spacious enough from the pictures and floor plans. It is a ready to move in project, which was a priority for us as we wanted them to settle in soon. The price range of 57.96 Lakh to 83.01 Lakh seemed reasonable for the location and amenities offered by Vasavi Constructions And DevelopeThe gated community aspect and 24x7 CCTV surveillance provides a good sense of security, which is important when they are living alone. They mentioned the entrance lobby looked quite grand when they visited. We hope they will be comfortable here.
