We moved into Sree Sree Shine recently. Our children attend Surana Vidyalaya, which is conveniently located nearby, basically next door. This was a major factor for us. We bought a 2 BHK flat around 970 square feet, and it fits our family well. The price was around 21.5 Lakh. The building has a children's play area, which the kids love. There is also a gymnasium and power backup, which are useful. The only downside is that the Bommasandra Metro Station is about 3 kilometeaway, so daily commute via metro requires a short ride. Rainwater harvesting is a good feature to have. It feels safe with 24x7 security.

I am hoping for good rental returns. The amenities like car parking and lift are standard. My main concern is the lack of OC, which might affect future transactions. The flat sizes are between 925 to 1000 square feet, which is decent for us. We liked the idea of a children's play area and a party hall for small gatherings. It's ready to move, so we could shift in quickly. The location near Bommasandra Industrial Area is convenient for my husband's commute. However, the dust from the industrial area can be a bit much sometimes. Also, the OC is not available, which is a bit concerning for future resale value, but for now, it works.

Being ready to move was key for us. The location is close to Hosur Road, which is good for commuting. We have access to basic amenities like car parking, a lift, and importantly, power backup which is essential. The staff quarter is a plus point for service needs. However, parking can be a bit tight during peak houMazumdar Shaw Medical Center is also nearby at nearby, which is reassuring. Sri Vishnu Ventures completed this project a while back.
