We were looking for a ready to move flat in Koramangala and found VARobbins Nest. It's a 2 BHK with 960 square feet, which is a good size for us. The price started at 38.4 Lakh, which fit our budget after talking to the bank. My wife liked that Bethany High School is a short distance, super convenient for future planning. We checked out the place and it seemed okay for the price point. The only thing that made us pause was the lack of information on OC received, but since it's an older project from July 2010 completion, we figured it might be okay. Overall, it felt like a decent option.

I also liked that Bethany High School is nearby, although I don't have children yet. The building was completed back in July 2010. My main concern is the parking situation, it seems a bit tight, and I worry about finding a spot when I come back late from work. It's something to consider.
