The 2 BHK flats are 960 sq.ft, and it feels spacious enough for our family of three. Having a children's play area within the gated community is also a big plus. It gives the kids a safe space to play. The proximity to Rainbow Children's Hospitals is also reassuring. The price range of 36.48 Lakh to 51.3 Lakh was manageable for us. We are happy with the move.

The community hall and club house are good facilities for residents. It's also very close to Kendriya Vidyalaya - DRDO Bangalore, which is convenient. However, the traffic on the main road can be quite heavy, especially during peak hou, and reaching MG Road takes around 27 minutes. Also, the price point of 51.3 Lakh for the larger flats is on the higher side compared to some other options in the vicinity. Despite these points, the overall structure and amenities are satisfactory.
