We chose Gopalan Royal Palms because it's close to HAL PUBLIC SCHOOL, which is nearby. That was a major factor for us. The 3 BHK apartments have a generous built-up area of 2100 Sq.ft, giving us plenty of room for the kids to play indooand for a home office. The project offea swimming pool and a gymnasium, which the whole family can use. It's nice to have a children's play area right within the complex. While the project was completed back in March 2003, the landscaping and tree planting seem well-maintained. My only slight worry is the noise from the nearby Outer Ring Road, although it's nearby, sounds can travel. We are hoping it won't be too much of an issue once we settle in.
