After yeaof renting, we finally bought our own 2 BHK here at Vardhaman Palm Rose. It's about 550 square feet built up, which is a good upgrade. The price point, around 50 Lakhs, was reasonable for the size and location in Punawale. We were impressed by the earthquake-resistant structure and the solar water heater features, which are great for long-term living and sustainability. The developer, Vardhaman Develope, has provided good security with 24x7 guards and CCTV. The only minor issue is the approach road can be a bit narrow, but once you are inside the society, it's peaceful. We are looking forward to settling in properly.
