Also, the GOOD MORNING Super-Speciality Hospital is right there. We booked a 1 BHK, it's about 411 square feet. The location in Punawale, Tathawade is convenient. The community buildings and recreation facilities are a good addition for families. My only worry is the traffic on the Mumbai-Pune Road, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times.
