We were renting a small place and wanted to upgrade. Vardan Prerna Elite offered a 2 BHK with a carpet area ranging from 452 to 484 square feet. We chose one that felt spacious enough. The total price came to around 34 Lakhs, which was manageable for us after saving up. It's a ready to move project, completed in October 2020. The developer, Vardan Buildcon, has provided essential amenities like storm water drains and electrical meter rooms. The closest highway, SH260, is nearby, which is okay, but the internal roads leading to the project could be better maintained. Sometimes they get waterlogged after heavy rains. But generally, it’s a good value for money in Mankapur.
