The location on Koradi Road, Zingabai Takli, is quite promising, with excellent connectivity to St. Vincent Pallotti School and KIMS-Kingsway Hospitals, both practically adjacent. As I am relocating to Nagpur for work, finding a place close to my new hospital was essential. Rai Aashiyana III I on Koradi Road is perfect because KIMS-Kingsway Hospitals is literally nearby. That was the main deciding factor for me. It’s also good to know there are schools nearby, like St. Vincent Pallotti School, making the area family-friendly if I decide to move my family later. The plot is ready to move in, so I don't have to wait for construction. The developer, Rai Udyog, appeato be reliable. My only slight concern is the traffic on Koradi Road during peak hou, but being so close to work makes it a minor inconvenience I can live with. The rainwater harvesting system is also a nice environmental feature.

The proximity to St. Vincent Pallotti School is a plus, even though we don't have children anymore, it means the area is well-established. We also noted that KIMS-Kingsway Hospitals are just right there, which gives us peace of mind for any medical emergencies. The plot size was what we were looking for, and the developer, Rai Udyog, seems to have a good reputation. The area is developing well and should be a good place to settle.
