We decided to buy a 3 BHK apartment in Vardan 40 for my parents who are living in Ahmedabad. The built-up area of 820 to 969 square feet seems comfortable for them. The location behind The Atlantipark in Zundal is a good area according to my father. Vardan Realty is constructing the project and it is expected to be completed by July 2026. We saw that it has a yoga and meditation area, which my mother will surely appreciate. The price range of 28.24 L to 33.37 L is also within our budget. I hope the construction quality is good. It's a bit hard to judge from afar, but the developeseem reputable.
