The project includes essential amenities like 24x7 CCTV surveillance and a fire fighting system, which are crucial for safety and security. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice green touch. My only minor concern is the dust from ongoing construction in the wider Zundal area, which is typical for developing localities. However, the close proximity to KD Hospital (0 KM) is a significant advantage. Overall, it’s a decent property.
