    We bought a 3 BHK apartment in Varahi Serene Crest. The size is 1760 square feet, which is quite large and suits our family. The location in Peeramcheru, West Hyderabad, is very convenient, especially with Pallavi International School and Rishitha Hospitals being right there at zero distance. Getting to the Outer Ring Road is also easy, just a 2 kilometer drive. The project by Varahi Constructions is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by May 2028. They are providing essential amenities like 24/7 water supply and electrical meter rooms. One minor issue we've noticed is that the approach road is a bit narrow and can get congested during certain times of the day, which might be a slight inconvenience for daily commutes.
