It's right near Dr. Jivraj Mehta Hospital and Sheth C N Vidyalaya is also within walking distance. The flat is a spacious 4 BHK, 1301 Sq.ft carpet area, which gives us plenty of room. Being ready to move in was a huge plus as I didn't want to wait. The metro station is also nearby, which is great for getting around the city. The only downside I've noticed is that construction dust can be an issue on some days, given it's still a developing area around the project. But the convenience outweighs that minor inconvenience.
