After retiring, my wife and I wanted a peaceful place in Ahmedabad. We looked at Shubh Aashish in Paldi and were impressed by the senior citizen siteout area and the general landscaping. It felt calm. We chose a 3 BHK flat with a carpet area of 1050 square feet. The price was 1.28 Crore. Having 24x7 water supply and good street lighting are important for us at this stage. The proximity to Shalby Hospitals is also reassuring. We heard it's developed by Shubh Ratna Develope, and they seem to have a good reputation. The only minor drawback is that the parking area can feel a little cramped if you have a larger vehicle.

Finding a decent flat in Ahmedabad that's ready to move into and has good amenities can be tough. I decided on Shubh Aashish in Paldi. I chose a 3 BHK with 950 square feet carpet area, which gives me enough space. The price was around 1.20 Crore. I really appreciate the closed car parking as I always worry about that. The gymnasium is also a big plus for me as I like to stay fit. The location is quite central, making my commute manageable. However, I do find the construction dust can be a bit much sometimes, especially when they are doing new work nearby. But overall, the Shubh Ratna Developeproject seems solid.

We were looking to upgrade from our rental and finally found Shubh Aashish. We got a 3 BHK which is 1299 square feet carpet area, much bigger than our old place. The location in Paldi is really convenient, close to Sheth C N Vidyalaya which is great for our kids. We also liked the idea of rainwater harvesting and the gymnasium. The price was about 1.45 Crore, which was a bit high for us but manageable. The only issue we've noticed so far is that the traffic on the main road can get quite bad during peak houOther than that, it feels like a good move for our family.
