    I recently purchased a 2 BHK apartment in Vandana Marvel. Being a single woman, safety and convenience were my top priorities. The 24/7 security and the presence of a lift were reassuring. The location in Kudlu, VGP Layout, is reasonably well-connected, with the Mangammanapalya Bus Stop nearby, making commutes manageable. The apartment size of 985 sq.ft is perfect for me – not too large to maintain. I did find the pricing a bit high, touching close to 50 L, but the ready-to-move status and the basic amenities like the swimming pool and car parking made it worthwhile. I feel secure living here.

It was completed in January 2014, and it's ready to move in, which was a big plus. The location in Kudlu is convenient, with VIBGYOR High School nearby at nearby, perfect for our kids. The community has a nice children's play area and landscaping which makes it pleasant. The only minor issue we've noticed is that the parking space can feel a bit cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Otherwise, the construction quality looks solid and the price point was manageable for us.
