While the price is reasonable, the lack of readily available OC documents is a slight concern for future resale value, though the project is older.

We decided to upgrade from our rental place and Aban Essence caught our eye. We opted for a 3 BHK, which gives us much more room to breathe, with sizes starting from 1587 Sq.ft. The location in Kudlu, VGP Layout, is convenient, and it's only close to the Singasandra Metro Station, which is useful. The price point for the 3 BHKs, up to 1.28 Crore, was a stretch but manageable. The amenities like the amphitheater and landscaping are lovely additions. Having 24x7 security and a gated community offegood peace of mind for our family. The only downside we’ve noticed is that the lift can sometimes be a bit slow during peak hou, but it's a minor inconvenience in an otherwise good building. The 24x7 water supply is a definite plus.
