Banashankari Metro Station is nearby, making our commute easy. We looked at the 3 BHK flats, and the space seems adequate for now and potentially for a growing family. One small concern we have is the parking availability; it might get a bit congested once more residents move in.

My only minor reservation is about the traffic on the main roads during peak hou, which can be quite heavy.
