We were looking for a ready to move property in Chennai West and found Vallal RCK K. It's located in Kolathuvancheri Village, Kundrathur. The biggest plus for us is that it's close to Poonamallee Road, just nearby, which makes commuting easier. We also liked that there is power backup available, which is essential in Chennai. The apartment layout is decent for a young couple starting out. We are still settling in, but the initial impression is good. The builder, Thiru Vallal RCK K K, seems to have finished the project on time. We are happy with the purchase so far and hope the neighborhood develops further.
