Finding a place in Chennai that is ready to move is a challenge, but Janaki Nagar fit the bill. I work in the IT sector and wanted something accessible. The Airport Metro Station is nearby, which is not too bad for getting to the airport or other parts of the city. The location in Kundrathur is okay, though sometimes the traffic on the main roads can be a bit much getting out of the area. The building is residential and looks quite standard from the outside. I haven't heard much about specific amenities yet, but it's a quiet neighbourhood which I like. Ramaswamy Saravanan is the developer. I'm still weighing my options but it is a possibility.
