    Finding a home near ORCHIDS The International School was our top priority, and Vaishnavi Paradise is right next door at nearby distance. This made our decision very easy. We bought a 2450 sq.ft 3 BHK for our family of four. The built-up area is generous and offeenough room for everyone. Having a club house and community buildings is great for weekend activities with the kids. The Vaishnavi Group also included landscaping and tree planting, which makes the complex feel green. We paid about 1.48 Crore for the apartment. The only drawback is that the OC received status is not available, which is a bit concerning for a building completed in 2001.
