We moved into our 3 BHK apartment at Vaishnavi Oasis in December 2020. The size is about 13400000 to 14600000, which is perfect for our family. The biggest advantage is its proximity to Hyderabad School of Excellence, nearby, making school runs incredibly easy. There's a good children's play area and a swimming pool, which the kids absolutely love. The 24x7 security and power backup are also reassuring. The apartment layout is 100% vaastu complaint. The only downside is the dust and noise from ongoing construction in the vicinity, which can be a bit botheome sometimes. However, the internal amenities and the overall community feel at Vaishnavi Oasis outweigh this concern for us.

We finally bought our own place at Vaishnavi Oasis in Bandlaguda Jagir. As teache, we wanted something spacious for our growing family and the 3 BHK apartments here are quite good, around 13400000 to 14600000. It's ready to move which was a big plus. The location is convenient; Hyderabad School of Excellence is literally nearby, which is perfect for us. We also checked out the swimming pool and the children's play area, kids loved it. The community hall is a nice addition for gatherings. One thing we noticed is that the road leading to the project can get a bit congested during peak hou, but inside the gated community it's peaceful. Overall, we are happy with the decision.

I purchased a 2.5 BHK apartment at Vaishnavi Oasis. The price was 10100000 to 10500000. Being retired, I wanted a peaceful environment, and this gated community offethat. The amenities like the senior citizen siteout and the amphitheater are thoughtful. It is also very close to Zoi Hospitals, which is important at this stage of life. The construction quality seems solid, and the apartment is 100% vaastu compliant. It was completed in December 2020 and is ready to move. My only concern is the gym; it is a bit small and could have more equipment. Otherwise, the maintenance seems to be handled well by Vaishnavi Infracon India Pvt. Ltd.

The project is ready to move in, so we didn't have to wait long. The price point was within our budget, around 1.01 Crore to 2.33 Crore for the range of configurations. It is a gated community with 24x7 security, which gives us peace of mind. The power backup is also a good feature, especially with the unpredictable power cuts we sometimes face. I liked that it’s 100% vaastu complaint. The only minor issue is the car parking space, it feels a bit tight when you have guests over.
