The 1 BHK flat we chose has a carpet area of 321 square feet, which is adequate for our small family for now. The project by Vaishnavi Buildeis ready to move. They have included features like landscaping and tree planting, and also water conservation methods. The access to the Mumbai – Nashik Expressway is also convenient for weekend trips. One small issue we noticed is that during peak hou, the traffic on the nearby roads can be a bit slow, but it’s manageable.
