I recently moved into Hrishita Apartment, my very fit home purchase. It was a big decision, and I chose this place mainly because of its location in Chunchale, Nashik. Being right next to the Mumbai – Nashik Expressway and Pathardi to Ambad Road (0 KM) makes travel very convenient. I also like that Wisdom High International School is just around the corner. The building is ready to move, having been completed in August 2018. One thing I noticed is that the parking area is quite tight. If you have a larger vehicle or two ca, it could be a bit challenging to maneuver. Other than that, the apartment itself is comfortable for a single peon. The developer, Hrishita Buildcon And Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd., seems to have delivered a decent product.

The location in Chunchale, Nashik is quite accessible, with the Pathardi to Ambad Road and the Mumbai – Nashik Expressway nearby. This makes getting around Nashik and even travelling to Mumbai manageable. The project was completed back in August 2018, so it's a ready-to-move property. I particularly appreciate the closed car parking facility provided. While the apartment is functional, I do find the rooms a bit on the smaller side. We have closed car parking, which is good. The area feels developing. My only slight concern is the dust from the nearby roads, which can be a bit much on windy days.
