The fact that it is situated in Nallapadu makes it very accessible for us. We were worried about the distance to the city but the Kankaragunta Bridge Metro Station is nearby, which helps quite a bit. Vaishnavi Estates has done a good job with the layout. The kitchen area is quite spacious and the bedrooms are well lit. Only concern is that there are limited shops within immediate walking distance so you definitely need a vehicle for daily grocery runs and errands.

I opted for the 2179 Sq.ft apartment since I needed the extra space for my home office setup. Being located near State Highway 50 is a huge advantage for my daily commute to the office. The design of the apartment is functional and provides good ventilation throughout the day. It is a ready to move project so there was no waiting time for possession which I really liked. However, I have noticed that the dust levels are a bit high due to the nearby road work. Hopefully that settles down once the neighborhood development finishes completely.

    Finally managed to get my fit home at Vaishnavi Brundavanam. As a fit time buyer the process was a bit confusing but the team at Vaishnavi Estates made it easier to undetand. The 3 BHK unit is quite huge with a carpet area of 2033 Sq.ft which is more than enough for my family. The location in Nallapadu is quiet and peaceful. Loyola Public School is very near which is great for the long term. I am still settling in but so far the construction quality seems very solid. Just hoping that the local road connecting to the main gate gets widened soon as it feels a little tight for two big cato pass each other comfortably.

    Everything about our new home at Vaishnavi Brundavanam feels right for our kids. We moved in because Loyola Public School is extremely close by, which saves us a lot of travel time in the mornings. The 2179 Sq.ft apartment gives our children plenty of space to run around inside the house. Vaishnavi Estates has maintained the property well so far. Being located in Nallapadu provides a nice break from the noise of the main city. We also find it convenient to have the Kankaragunta Bridge Metro Station nearby for occasional trips. The only minor issue is that the parking area can get quite crowded during the weekends when visitoarrive, but that is common in most apartments these days.
