Manyam's has delivered a decent product here. The pricing is transparent and the budget range of 33.48 Lakh to 45.0 Lakh is fair for the current market rates. There is not much in terms of fancy amenities but for a professional, it is a straightforward place to live. Accessing the property is easy even during peak hou, which is a big plus for me.

The location on Nallapadu Main Road is quite convenient for our daily commute as we both work in offices that require quick access to State Highway 50. The price point starting at 33.48 Lakh is very attractive compared to other projects we have seen in Guntur. The rooms are a bit compact though, especially the second bedroom. It is a ready to move project so we do not have to wait for possession which is a relief for us. We are considering closing the deal this month if our bank loan gets approved soon.

My only concern is the dust from the main road when the balcony dooare kept open, but that is expected in this part of town.
