The price range up to 80.0 Lakh is within our budget. It's great that Narayana E-Techno School is nearby, and Apollo Cradle & Children's Hospital is also at the same distance. The project has a Children's Play Area and a Swimming Pool, which the kids will love. The only concern is the traffic on Old Mahabalipuram Rd during peak hou, which can be quite heavy.
