The 2 BHK we got has a built-up area of 865 sq.ft, which feels quite spacious for our family of four. The Nest Elite is a gated community with security, which gives us peace of mind. My only concern is the traffic getting onto OMR during peak houcan be quite bad, but we are learning to manage our timings. The construction was completed in August 2019, and the place feels well-built. We also liked that it is Vastu compliant.
