I purchased a 2 BHK apartment here as an investment. The area in Maval, Pune, has potential for growth. The apartment size of 653 sq.ft is standard and the price point of 37 Lakhs is attractive for rental income. V S Kalbhor And Company is the developer. Construction looks solid, and it's ready to move in. The amenities like solid waste management and the sewage treatment plant are practical. My only minor concern is that the roads leading to the project aren't the widest, which could be a slight issue during peak houHowever, the connectivity to major highways is a big plus for future appreciation.

This is my fit property purchase, a 2 BHK in V S Laxmi Vihar C Building. The size is 653 sq.ft and the price was 37 Lakhs. V S Kalbhor And Company is the developer. I visited the site and liked the overall layout and the provision for car parking. The project is in Maval, and it's good that it's ready to move in. They have included water conservation and rain water harvesting systems, which is important. Getting to the Lonavala ST Stand Bus Stop in 5 minutes is also convenient for travel. I am a bit worried about the completion date being March 2025, as I was hoping to move sooner.

The construction quality appeadecent. I am hoping the community building facilities will be well-maintained.

We finally booked our 2 BHK in V S Laxmi Vihar C Building. The size is 653 sq.ft which felt adequate for us. The location in Maval is quite convenient, especially with the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and Mumbai-Chennai highway nearby. Getting to work might take a bit longer but the peace and quiet here is worth it. We liked the landscaping and tree planting they have done. Prices were within our budget, around 37 Lakhs. V S Kalbhor And Company seems to have a good plan for the development. We are looking forward to moving in once construction is fully complete, hopefully by March 2025 as planned.

The price was around 41.93 Lakhs, which was manageable with our combined savings. We were impressed by the landscaping and tree planting, making the surroundings pleasant. The connectivity to both the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and Mumbai-Chennai highway is excellent for our commutes. V S Kalbhor And Company has also ensured basic amenities like street lighting and storm water drains are in place. The only downside is that the OC is not yet available, which is a bit concerning for a ready-to-move property.

We also saw Sanjeevani Medical Foundation Hospital is close by, which is reassuring. The budget was around 41.93 Lakhs for the larger unit, which felt reasonable for the area and amenities like fire fighting systems and street lighting. V S Kalbhor And Company has included good community buildings too.
