I purchased a plot here at Vastu Red Stone in Maval. The location is decent, close to both the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and the Mumbai-Chennai highway, making travel easy. I got a plot of 1668 Sq.ft. It's a ready to move project and is supposed to be completed by July 2024. The developer, Vastu DevelopeAnd Builde, seems to have provided basic amenities like 24X7 water supply and street lighting. The biggest advantage is the proximity to Sanjeevani Medical Foundation - Hospital in Loanavala, which is nearby. My only concern is the dust from the nearby construction and roads, which is expected given it's still developing. I'm looking forward to seeing the finished landscaping.
