While it's a gated community, the access road could be a bit wider. The Goa Airport being nearby is also good for business travel.

It's a gated community with lush avenue plantation and modern street lighting. I bought a plot of 133 sq.yd. For about 25 Lakh. The 100% Vastu compliant development was very important to me. It's also very convenient that Shadnagar Bus & Rail is nearby, making it easy for me to visit my relatives. The developer, V R Infra, has taken care of basic needs like storm water drains and electrification. My only minor concern is that the price for the larger plots, going up to 65.78 Lakh, felt a bit steep for the current stage of development.
