It’s ready to move, and the 3 BHK configuration with 1131 Sq.ft built up area provides ample space. The proximity to Sheth C N Vidyalaya (1.86 KM) is also convenient. I was impressed by the landscaping and tree planting, adding a natural touch. The 24x7 security is crucial for me. The only slight drawback is that the price point of 1.68 Crore onwards is on the higher side, but the quality and amenities seem to compensate for it.
