Prime Infra Developepromises DTCP-approved plots and 100% clear title, which gave me confidence. The price point, starting from 29.7 Lakhs, was affordable for me as a single buyer. The grand entrance arch and security feature are reassuring. I'm looking forward to the completion in July 2026. The internal roads and footpaths are planned, which is good. I hope the internal roads are wide enough when completed.
