We were looking for a quiet place to settle down after my retirement and Urban Retreat seemed like a good option. The G+4 structure is not too imposing and the 53% open space is a big plus. I particularly enjoyed the yoga and meditation area, it’s quite serene. The apartment sizes are decent, we got a 2 BHK which is around 800 Sq.ft carpet area. The landscaping and tree planting around the property give it a nice feel. Sarawogi and Sandeep Buildeand Developehave maintained the property well since completion in May 2021. The price was within our budget, around 60 Lakhs. It's a peaceful community.

The price was around 47 Lakhs, which fit my budget. Sarawogi and Sandeep Buildeand Developehave provided a yoga/meditation area and a swimming pool, which are nice additions. The project is ready to move in, having been completed in May 2021. The location near Hemanta Mukhopadhyay Metro Station, nearby, is very convenient for my daily travel. The overall feel of the community is good.

I bought a 2 BHK apartment, 750 Sq.ft, for peonal use. The 53% open space and the natural water body onsite are unique features. The G+4 structure is manageable. One minor issue is that traffic on the bypass can get heavy during peak hou, impacting travel time to certain parts of the city.
