    We were looking for a quiet place to settle down after my retirement and Urban Retreat seemed like a good option. The G+4 structure is not too imposing and the 53% open space is a big plus. I particularly enjoyed the yoga and meditation area, it’s quite serene. The apartment sizes are decent, we got a 2 BHK which is around 800 Sq.ft carpet area. The landscaping and tree planting around the property give it a nice feel. Sarawogi and Sandeep Buildeand Developehave maintained the property well since completion in May 2021. The price was within our budget, around 60 Lakhs. It's a peaceful community.
