We just moved to Hyderabad and needed a place quickly. Urban One in Kokapet was ready to move in, which was a huge plus for us. The 3 BHK apartment we got is around 1700 square feet, which feels spacious enough for our family. The location is decent, close enough to the Nehru Outer Ring road for easy travel. We also liked the swimming pool and the gym facilities. The main concern is the traffic getting out of Kokapet during peak hou, it can get quite congested. Overall, it seems like a solid choice for settling in.

The location near Phoenix Greens School is convenient for us. They have good facilities like a swimming pool and a gymnasium. The only issue we've noticed is that construction dust from nearby ongoing projects can be a bit annoying sometimes. Other than that, the project seems well-built by NCC Urban Infrastructure Limited.
