Finding a home close to good schools was our priority, and Urban Grove IV fit the bill. Jagannath Vidyalaya CBSE School is just a 7-minute drive away, which is fantastic for the kids. We bought a spacious apartment and the layout is quite practical for a family. The power backup is a huge plus, especially during Chennai's monsoon season. The only downside is the dust from the nearby construction sites, which can be a bit irritating sometimes. But the fire sprinkleand overall security measures give us peace of mind. Urban Tree Infrastructures has completed this project, and it's ready to move in.
