I bought a plot of 1200 sq.ft. For about 14.5 Lakh. The project is a gated community with proper storm water drains, which is good for a city like Chennai. Being ready to move in is a huge advantage. My only minor concern is the access road, it can get a bit dusty during dry spells, especially with ongoing construction nearby. Srikaram Infratech Pvt Ltd has provided basic amenities like a children's play area.
