While OC received is not available, the project appeato be well-established. The amenities like the children's play area and multipurpose room are good additions that attract potential renteThe proximity to essential services is a plus point for rental value. I am monitoring the rental yields closely.

The carpet area is around 669 square feet, which feels quite spacious for our needs. Having the EuroSchool Kharadi just 0 kilometeaway was a huge factor for our grandchildren when they visit. The swimming pool and gymnasium are well-maintained, and it’s nice to have a shopping mall within the complex for quick errands. The 24/7 security provides peace of mind. The project by Urban Group has been around since 2015, so it feels established. We appreciated the 24/7 security and power backup, which are essential for a family. The only slight drawback is the water pressure sometimes drops during peak usage times, but it's generally manageable.

My main concern is the lack of specific mention of OC received, which makes me a little anxious, but the builder assured us it's in process.
