    We just moved into our 3 BHK at Uppalapati Surya Residency. The apartment size is around 1500 Sq.ft, which feels quite spacious for us. Being ready to move in December 2023 was a huge plus as we didn't want to wait anymore. The location in Bandlaguda Jagir is developing well, and it’s relatively close to Attapur. We liked the landscaping they have done. The only small issue is that the road leading to the project can get a bit dusty during dry weather, but it’s manageable. Overall, we are happy with the space and the amenities like 24X7 water supply.
