The total cost was around 2.55 Crore. It is ready to move, so they could settle in immediately after I finalized the deal. The power backup is crucial since my parents are elderly and need uninterrupted electricity. Landscaping adds a nice touch to the environment. The only slight drawback is that the Ram Nagar Metro Station is nearby, which means they rely more on taxis or private transport. The Upasna Group has been responsive.
