We were looking for a ready to move flat in Nagpur and found Unnati Platinum Green on Hingna Road. The 2 BHK carpet area starts from 645 sq.ft, which felt decent for us. The price point around 23.51 Lakh to 39.11 Lakh was also within our budget. Having amenities like 24x7 water supply and landscaping is nice. The location near St. XavieHigh School is convenient. However, parking can be a bit of an issue during peak hou; we sometimes have to circle around to find a spot for our second car. Overall, the Unnati Homes Infracon project seems like a good deal for its price and amenities.

I really liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex. My only concern is the lack of official OC received, which makes me a bit nervous about future legalities. But for now, it seems okay.

The only downside is the noise from the nearby main road sometimes, especially during the day.
