We just moved into Konaark Preetee Unnati Towelast month. It's a ready to move project which was a big plus for us since we didn't want to wait. The location on Hingna Road is decent, though traffic can get a bit much during peak houheading towards the Ring Road. Our flat is comfortable and the connectivity to IT hubs is okay, takes about 30 minutes. The builder, Konaark Group, seems to be developing the area well. We liked that Jaitala Bus Station is very close by, practically walkable. Still figuring out the best routes for work. Overall, it’s a good start for us here in Nagpur.
