We opted for a 3.5 BHK which is 1979 Sq.ft, offering ample space. The price was 76.09 Lakh, which was at the higher end but justified by the size. We appreciated that it is Vastu compliant and has a dedicated children's play area. The nearby Millennium World School at nearby is very convenient for our children. The construction seems solid, and it is ready to move in.
